These little pills work great for me! I was having hot flashes on a regular basis until I added soycare to my daily routine. It's taken away my hot flashes completely. I would definitely recommend you give them a try. You have nothing to loose and tons of piece of mind to gain. It took about 2 weeks before I noticed a remarkable decrease in my hot flash episodes and about a month of taking soycare regularly to make the hot flashes go away, so give it a few weeks before you decide if it is working.
